Account 681-633-2586

Built and approved. Performance is not proven yet.

All 8 campaigns, 18 ad groups and 18 responsive search ads are enabled and Google currently marks every ad Approved. The account has not yet recorded an impression, click, spend or conversion, so it is too early to call the advertising successful or efficient.

The current verified position

This separates what is genuinely complete from what still needs evidence. Zeroes are real current account figures, not placeholders.

8enabled Search campaigns
18enabled, Google-approved ads
208enabled keywords, exact and phrase
0impressions, clicks, spend and conversions

Complete and live

  • Search-only structure with 2 or more ad groups in every campaign
  • $329 daily budgets across the account, equal to the $10,000 monthly Grant ceiling
  • Google Search on; Display, YouTube, Search Partners and Search Network off
  • 20-mile Maitland radius with presence-only location targeting
  • Maximize Conversions bidding and one active primary Submit lead form conversion
  • 187 campaign-level negative keywords
  • 8 sitelinks and 6 callouts
  • 11 current official final URLs return successfully and contain the tracking tags

Not yet proven

  • Google has not served an impression, so auction eligibility in practice is not proven
  • No live Quality Scores or search terms exist yet
  • No real primary conversion has been completed and reconciled
  • CTR cannot be measured against the 5% monthly Grant requirement yet
  • Performance, cost effectiveness and lead quality cannot be judged from zero traffic
  • The 21 new class pages are built as previews, but are not published on shalomorlando.org
  • Automatic lead import into the new CRM is not wired to every source system yet
About using the full Grant: Google offers up to $10,000 per month. There is no official rule limiting Shalom Orlando to $2,000 or $2,400. The account is configured to the full $329 daily ceiling, but Google does not guarantee that it will spend the full amount. Search demand, auction competition, keyword quality, geography and conversion data determine actual delivery. Any earlier $2,000 to $2,400 figure was a forecast, not a Google policy limit.

Every campaign and advert

Each card below is one enabled responsive search ad. Google can combine these specific headlines with the shared approved headline pool and four descriptions stored in the account.

Every landing page

The adverts currently send traffic to 11 existing official pages. The purpose-built pages below are separate previews and are not live on the Shalom Orlando domain yet.

Class pageStateBlocker
Images are not the publication blocker. Seven class pages already use verified current site photography and 16 use deliberate branded hero panels. Additional client photography would improve conversion testing later. Publication is currently blocked by migration and final QA, plus two unresolved class facts.

Organisation-wide lead CRM

This follows the working Facebook system without touching it. The Google CRM is a separate private tracker for every organisation programme.

Follow every enquiry from first contact to outcome

Track programme, source, campaign, owner, status, contact attempts, next follow-up, tour or visit, notes and outcome. Filter overdue follow-ups and see the pipeline across the whole organisation.

Privacy and readiness
  • Personal lead data is not exposed on this public dashboard.
  • The CRM requires its own access code.
  • Manual lead entry and follow-up work immediately.
  • Automatic imports from forms and registration systems remain a tracked integration dependency.

Exactly what is still missing

Only work that cannot be solved safely from the existing record is assigned back to Shalom Orlando.

ItemOwnerWhy it mattersSolution path
First serving evidenceGoogle and LilachNo impressions means delivery is not proven.Monitor search eligibility and diagnostics, then safely widen only from real query data.
First real lead conversionLilachTag presence is verified, but an end-to-end primary conversion is not.Complete a controlled real-path test, confirm it in the source form, GA4 and Google Ads.
21 built class pages published on shalomorlando.orgLilachThey are reviewable previews, not live ad destinations.Run final mobile, route and claim QA, then migrate in Squarespace and change final URLs only after approval.
STEM and Robotics K-2 routeShalom OrlandoThe guide verifies Thursday 4 to 5 and $416, but no current registration route was found.Confirm the current route or that the class is cancelled. Do not publish or advertise before that.
Theater grades 3-5 factsShalom OrlandoThe guide conflicts with the live Gotlib form on time, price and commitment.Confirm the authoritative time, price, commitment and registration route.
Aquatics transactional routeLilachThe hub copy exists, but its current conversion route still needs final QA.Resolve from the current site and registration record before publication. Ask nobody if the record is sufficient.
CRM automatic ingestionLilachManual tracking works, but leads should arrive without retyping.Connect each approved form or platform only after source access and field mapping are verified.
Optional current photo packShalom OrlandoNot required to launch, but useful for later conversion tests.Use existing verified images now. Request only genuinely missing programme-specific imagery later.

Google Ad Grant safety matrix

The structure is designed around current official requirements. Ongoing compliance still depends on real monthly data and active maintenance.

Account structure

At least 2 ad groups per campaign, at least 2 sitelinks, relevant ads, specific keywords and proper location targeting. Current build: passes the structural checks.

Keyword quality

No prohibited single-word terms outside the allowed brand exception and no intentionally generic keywords. Any keyword with Quality Score 1 or 2 must be paused or removed when scores appear.

Click-through rate

The account must maintain at least 5% CTR each month, subject to Google's stated exceptions. Current state: not measurable because there are no impressions.

Conversions and bidding

Valid conversion tracking, meaningful conversion activity and conversion-based Smart Bidding are required for applicable accounts. Current build uses Maximize Conversions and one primary lead action, but real conversion proof is pending.

Website quality

Ads must use the approved nonprofit domain and lead to a functional, secure, substantial site with clear information. All 11 current final URLs return and include tracking tags.

Budget

The ceiling is $10,000 per month, represented by $329 per day across this account. The Grant pays Google directly. Unused capacity does not roll over and full spend is not guaranteed.

Official Google sources

Safe order of operations

Verify delivery before changing strategy

Check first impressions, eligibility messages, Quality Scores and search terms. Do not make speculative broad changes.

Prove the primary conversion end to end

Confirm the same controlled submission in the source form, analytics and Google Ads.

Publish only verified landing pages

Complete route, mobile, copy and claim QA. Keep the two conflicting classes on hold.

Switch ads page by page

Change a final URL only after its replacement is live, tagged, tested and approved.

Connect lead sources to the CRM

Map each form and registration source, deduplicate records and test the follow-up workflow.

Optimise from evidence

Review search terms frequently at launch, add negatives, protect CTR, pause low Quality Score terms and expand only where qualified demand exists.
