Small mat, real coaching. Capped at 8 children, so nobody is stood at the back waiting for a turn.
Beginners welcome. Most children arrive having never done it before.
Belt progression through the term, so there is something to work towards.

For the full 15 week term. You do not need to be Jewish, or a member, to register.
Most have not. The class is built for beginners and children are grouped by ability, not age.
Comfortable clothes to start. A gi ($25) and belt ($40) are purchased at registration.
No. It is controlled, supervised and non-contact at this level. The focus is discipline and confidence.
Fall registration is open now and classes fill on a first come, first served basis.
